ORDERING INFORMATION

The online store does not account for our current inventory levels. Please contact us to check on stock availability at 1866-565-2525 or info@newtechdisplay.com. 

CANCELLATION PRIOR TO SHIPMENT

If for any reason you need to cancel an order for any reason that has NOT been shipped, you will be responsible for any merchant processing fees that is charged for the transaction. A refund minus all credit card processing fees will be refunded for ALL orders that are cancelled.

Please submit the cancellation request within 3 business days or a 20% restocking fee may apply. 

 

ALL INTERNATIONAL, PR, HI and US VI CUSTOMERS

For all International, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or US Virgin Island customers, there will be additional shipping charges that will still need to be collected after your order has been processed. One of our consultants will contact you via email to notify you and collect the additional charges. These are charges that still need to be collected on top of the shipping charges that has already been charged.

These charges do NOT include any customs brokerage or import tax fees to import it to your destination. This will be the customer's responsibility to pay.

RETURN POLICY


 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

1. No Refunds. Exchanges and/or store credit only within 3 days of invoice and/or within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Please check your merchandise immediately upon receipt for any damages. If there are any damages, please report it with the carrier so we can file an insurance claim as well as contact us at info@newtechdisplay.com within 3 days of receipt. If for any reason you need to cancel an order for any reason that has NOT been shipped, you will be responsible for any merchant processing fees that is charged for the transaction. A refund minus all credit card processing fees will be refunded for ALL orders that are cancelledPlease submit the cancellation request within 3 business days and a 20% restocking fee may apply. 

2. There will be no returns or exchanges for glass, acrylic and electrical items. 

3. All exchanges MUST be in Original condition and packaging. No exceptions. 

4 .Special orders, Sale and used items are not returnable or exchangeable. 

5. We will gladly accept any return for stock merchandise within 7 days of invoice. To return merchandise please contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a prior return authorization number. Returns must be in the original carton, must include a copy of the invoice, and be in new condition as determined by New Tech Display.

All returns are subjects to a 20% restocking fee. 

6. Customers are responsible to verify the quantity and condition of products before leaving the shipping area. New Tech Display's responsibility ends at the point of shipping. 

7. Color Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors & tablets, etc. the color may vary slightly from what you are viewing to the actual product. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
